  1.                             PATIENT PHOTO CAPTURE

  5. Have the patient sit back a foot or so 
  6. from the instrument centered in front 
  7. of the lens.  Do the final fine adjustment 
  8. of the patient on the screen and focus 
  9. the image using the joystick.  Move the 
  10. joystick from side to side to center the 
  11. patient laterally.  Twist the joystick for 
  12. vertical alignment.  Move the joystick 
  13. towards and  away from you to focus the 
  14. image.  When aligned and focused, take 
  15. the photo by pressing the button on the 
  16. top of the joy stick.
